How much does it cost?

Our starting prices are as low as $30! Our prices vary depending on yard size, number of dogs, and service type.

Do you do one time cleans?

Yes, however they will be more expensive than our subscription services. If you have a larger yard, you may need a custom quote.

How do you ensure my dogs will be safe?

After each job, we will clean our equipment with pet-safe disinfectant to avoid the spread of germs. We will also send you a picture of your closed gate once we finish the clean so you know that no pets will escape.

Do you do any discounts?

Yes. If you refer a neighbour, you will get 20% off your next month worth of cleans. If you live in a complex or retirement village, and refer anyone in there, you will get 20% off your next month worth of cleans. We also have great deals for our add-ons. If you have subscribed with us for 6 months, you will get 10% discount on all cleans forever as a thank you for staying loyal. Greater discounts after 12 months.

How do your add-ons work?

Each add-on we provide will have to be accompanied with a dog waste removal service. However if your add-on isn't needed each time, you can let us know and we will do it every required time so you wont be wasting money. Fetch The Waste always tries to be as convenient and flexible as possible.

How does the subscription work?

After the first free clean, you will be put into a monthly subscription of your chosen service type. No contracts, start and stop anytime by email, call, even text!

How do you dispose of my dog's waste?

After the clean, we will place the dog waste bag into each customer's red-top bin. If we can't, we will take it with us, and dispose of it properly.

Can you clean my yard with my dogs in it?

100%. If your dog is friendly towards new faces, we would love to clean your yard with your dog in it! However if your dog has shown signs of aggression, we will kindly ask to leave them inside while we work.
